Please be informed of the new guidelines which exempt a lot of people from availing of the certification, especially those who are Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) and those who will travel within Pangasinan… Because of these new guidelines, we expect lesser people who will apply for their Travel Authority/Permit thus our Health Office will only process Medical Clearance Certification from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY.
