SETTING THE PROVINCE-WIDE CURFEW TO 8:00 PM TO 4:00 AM

WHEREAS, the State is mandated to protect and promote the right to health of the people under Article II, Section 15 of the 1987 Philippine Constitution, and local government units are empowered to exercise necessary, appropriate and incidental powers for its efficient governance in promotion of general welfare, as provided by Section 16 of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as Local Government Code of 1991;

WHEREAS, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte issued Proclamation No. 1021 (s.2020) on September 16, 2020, extending the period of the State of Calamity throughout the Philippines until September 21, 2021;

WHEREAS, the Office of the Provincial Governor of Pangasinan issued Executive Order No. 0081-2021, wherein a province-wide curfew of 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM is placed;

WHEREAS, as reported and confirmed by the Provincial Health Office, there has been an average of over 100 new confirmed Covid-19 cases per day since August 16, 2021, and on August 22, 2021, there are 202 new Covid-19 cases recorded for a total of 1,249 active cases in Pangasinan and Dagupan City;

WHEREAS, there is a need to extend the present province-wide curfew to further limit the movement of people to arrest the rising trend of Covid-19 cases in the province;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, AMADO I. ESPINO III, Governor of the Province of the Pangasinan, by virtue of the powers vested in me, do hereby order the province-wide curfew to be from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM. APORs and emergency cases are exempted from the curfew period. Violators of the curfew shall be penalized under applicable ordinances. Component LGUs are directed to observe the same curfew restrictions in their respective territorial jurisdiction.

The province-wide curfew set in Executive Order No. 0081-2021 is superseded accordingly. Other provisions of Executive Order No. 0081-2021 not otherwise affected shall retain effect.

This Order shall take effect on August 24, 2021, until revoked.

Done this 23rd day of August, 2021 in Lingayen, Pangasinan.

UPDATING THE TRAVEL PROTOCOLS FOR INDIVIDUALS ENTERING THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALASIAO TO COMBAT COVID-19 CONTAGION
WHEREAS, Section 15 Article Il of the 1987 Constitution states that the State shall protect and promote the right to health of the people and instill health consciousness among them;
WHEREAS, it is incumbent upon the Mayor to safeguard the welfare of his constituents which encompasses the implementation of rules and guidelines to prevent further contagion of Covid-19;
WHEREAS, the Department of Health (DOH), the University of the Philippines-Philippine Genome Center (UP-PGC), and the University ofthe Philippines-National Institutes of Health (UP-NIH) bio-surveillance have detected B.1.1.7 (Alpha), B.1.351 (Beta), and P.l (Gamma) variants of SARS-CoV-2 in the Philippines. The DOH, UP-PGH, and UP-NIH have likewise confirmed the presence of the B.1.617 (Delta) variant that was first detected in India;
WHEREAS, the continued implementation of proactive measures and restrictions must be put in place to slow down the surge in COVID-19 cases, stop further spread ofvariants, buy time for the health system to cope, and to protect more lives;
WHEREAS, the Municipal Government of Calasiao must implement stricter protocols to prevent the spread of the new Delta Variant ofCOVID-19.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Joseph Arman C. Bauzon, by virtue of the power vested in me by the law, hereby enforce, through this Executive Order, the following:
A. TRAVEL GUIDELINES.
Only essential travel/indispensable travel will be allowed while this Order is in effect.
The following documents and IDs shall be strictly required:
• Government APORS o Official Agency ID o Travel Order
• Non-Government APORS o Approved SPass Travel Coordination Permit o Travel Order o Negative RT-PCR/Negative Rapid Antigen Result taken not more than 72 hours of the intended travel date
Essenäal Travelers for essential goods
O Copy of Business Registration/Business Permit o Company Work Order o Negative RT-PCR/Negative Rapid Antigen Result taken not more than 72 hours ofthe intended travel date
Emergency Travel o Approved SPass Travel Coordination Permit o Negative RT-PCR/Negative Rapid Antigen Result taken not more than 72 hours of the intended travel date o Proof of emergency travel (death certificate, doctor’s referral, etc.)
Indispensable Travel o Approved Spass Travel Coordination Permit o Negative RT-PCR/Negative Rapid Antigen Result taken not more than 72 hours Of the intended travel date o Proof of indispensable travel (doctor’s appointment, documents for court appointment, proof of scheduled etc.)
B. EFFECTIVITY
This Order shall take effect immediately and shall remain in effect until August 15, 2021 or unless revoked or amended.
DONE this 2nd day of August 2021 at the Municipal Hall of Calasiao, Pangasinan.

Calasiao Local Government celebrates the 43th National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation (NDPR) Week this 17-23th July, 2021. The theme of the special for this year is ′′ Health and Development of Filipinos with disabilities, Promote In the midst of pandemic. ”
According to the National Council on Disability Affairs, due to the pandemic caused by COVID-19, it has become an even bigger challenge for people with disabilities to access government services and participate in socio-economic activities. According to their analysis, many PWDs lost their jobs due to the pandemic. Because of the current situation of our fellow citizens with disabilities, the center of NDPR Week for this year has become the center of the sector of the disabled especially in health and livelihood issues.
′′ Let’s continue to promote the rights of people with disabilities here in Pinablin Calasiao, partner of Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office and Municipal Health Office, so that they can be given an opportunity to enrich their abilities, potential and to be recognized as important part of our society and active participant in further development of our country ′′ said by Mayor JAB.

Calasiao Vaccine Rollout Update

07072021 Calasiao Vaccine Rollout Update.
A total of 4,634 doses had already been administered to the Priority Groups A1 and A2 of Calasiao. There were 3959 who have received their first doses while there were 675 who have completed the required 2 doses.
LGU Calasiao together with the Local Vaccination Operations Center (LVOC) is urging eligible populations to get vaccinated and complete the required number of doses as scheduled. Regardless of vaccination status, everyone is enjoined to continue practicing the minimum public health safety standards as one may still get infected with COVID-19 and infect other people.

West) ang ating Municipal Nutrition Action Officer, Diona May Q Tuliao katuwang ang mga Barangay Nutrition Scholars upang personal na maiabot ang mga programang hatid sa mga undernourished na mga bata edad limang taon pababa at mga buntis na isang buwan hanggang anim na buwan.
Mga multivitamins, vegetable seeds, face mask at mga IEC materials ang bigay sa mga underweight at itlog, vegetable seeds at mga IEC materials Naman sa mga buntis.

Our Municipal Nutrition Action Officer, Diona May Q will visit the 24 barangays in our town. Tuliao with Barangay Nutrition Scholars in every barangay to deliver the program to children underweight 0-59 months and pregnant women who are nutritionally at risk of 1-6 months.
